About Us

1978 Al Taameer was established as a real estate company.

2004 Al Massaleh Real Estate Co acquired 100% of Al Taameer and redirected its activities towards the hospitality sector.

2005 Al Taameer’s capital was raised from initial paid-up capital of KD 6 million to KD 20 million. Via a public offering. The

company’s listed on the K.S.E with Al Massaleh Real Estate Co owning over 50% and Global investment house owning over 15%.

2006 Al Taameer acquired its first hotel property in the seedier area of downtown Beirut as well as the Al Corniche Club Resort & Spa KWI

2007 Al Taameer signed the master franchise agreement with Wyndham hotel group for the Ramada hotel brands (Ramada , Ramada Resort, Ramada Hotel & Suites and Ramada Encore) for Morocco, Libya, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan & Iraq

2011 Al Taameer features a diverse portfolio consisting of 5 operational project and another 5 under development.
